01Who is Novato for?

Head contractors, subcontractors, safety teams and business owners working on Australian construction projects. Each person can work with the tasks, records and decisions relevant to their role.

02Does it cover more than compliance?

Yes. Build plans, schedules, tasks, drawings and RFIs sit alongside safety records, engaged trades, budgets, variations and progress claims. The aim is to keep the work and its records together.

03Can the crew use it on site?

Yes. The workspace adapts to phones, with task checklists, evidence and site records available in the field. Without signal a phone saves comments, photos, reports, diary notes and sign-ins, and sends them when the connection returns. Approvals and permits need a connection.

04Do my subcontractors need to pay?

No. A trade can open your invitation link and send their documents without an account. Your plan sets how many subcontractors you can have on each project.

05Can I try it first?

Yes. The live demo is a full workspace filled with sample data. Pick a role and look around, with no sign up.

06Is my data kept private?

Each company works in its own separate workspace, and people only see the projects they are given. The security page explains more.

07How do I know which plan fits?
